In 2023, F&M Bank employees established the F&M Bank Employee Charitable Organization Match Program, a program in which F&M Bank employees voluntarily donate an amount of their choice with each paycheck. F&M Bank then matches the funds collected dollar for dollar, up to $5,000.

In total, $28,488.08 was donated to 4 charitable organizations that were chosen to be recipients of the 2024 Match Program. In Manchester, $5,478.50 was given to both the Delaware County Food Bank and Community Childcare of Manchester. In Jones County, $10,534.00 was raised for the Jones County Community Food Bank. In Cedar Rapids, $6,997.08 was raised for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
