In 2018, Deb Worm, F&M Bank Vice President, helped launch Leaders Who Lunch, a mentoring program that pairs young students with area professional women for a conversation about goals, conflict management, teamwork, and other topics over lunch. F&M Bank is proud to partner with Kenwood Leadership Academy to facilitate these lunches, which happen on a monthly basis.
Leaders Who Lunch has also expanded into Jones County with regular lunches, partnering with Anamosa & Monticello schools. The program also launched in Delaware County through a partnership with St. Mary's School in 2024. West Delaware Middle School was brought on board in 2025.
