In 2023, F&M Bank employees established the F&M Bank Employee Charitable Organization Match Program, a program in which F&M Bank employees voluntarily donate an amount of their choice with each paycheck. F&M Bank then matches the funds collected dollar for dollar, up to $5,000.
Last year, F&M Bank team members in Lino Lakes and Vadnais Heights Minnesota chose the Ronald McDonald House Upper Midwest. This organization provides support to families with children facing serious illnesses from around the world. Families residing over 40 miles away can stay at the facility while their children receive treatment. All expenses are taken care of, including housing, meals, education, recreational activities, and resources that allow parents to focus on their well-being as well.
